Our Service allows users to upload video ior audio files to generate automatic transcriptions and subtitles (SRT/VTT format) using AI technology. The Service provides raw transcriptions only and does not include advanced editing, styling, or speaker identification.
- The Service operates on a **pay-per-use** credit system.
- Credits are consumed based on the duration of the uploaded video (billed per minute).
- All payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
You retain ownership of your videos and generated transcriptions. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the transcription service.
You agree not to upload content that:
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Contains illegal, harmful, or abusive material
- Violates any applicable laws
You may not:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
- Upload excessively large volumes of content in an automated way (abuse)
- Resell or redistribute the generated transcriptions commercially without permission
Our AI transcription service is provided "as is". While we strive for high accuracy, transcriptions may contain errors, especially with poor audio quality, strong accents, background noise, or technical language. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy.
Uploaded videos are automatically deleted after processing. Generated transcriptions are stored for 30 days or until you delete them. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for abusive behavior.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **France**. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
